Nelson is off the list. Its pricing is almost Whistler level.

What kind of work are you looking for? BC's unemployed rate is 5.6%,and is lower in Castlegar, slightly higher in Nelson. Trades are in abnormally high demand throughout the West Kootenays.

Government jobs et al. Union railroad town. Lots of hard working wood and forest jobs, including fire suppression. The largest Evenrude dealer in the WORLD is just north of Nelson.
