Hi how does the lock and alarm work? It alarms when door is open but when its closed, can we lock it? The icon works but you can still open it even when the icon lock is on

Hi! This model doesn't have a door lock, but just a door alarm. The lock icon on the control panel is for locking the temperature settings only. 😊

Hi! This model is intended for residential use, but you may still use it to create and store ice in its freezer.

Hello! Since this is a No Frost model, there's no need to defrost the freezer. You may simply use wipes to keep your refrigerator and freezer clean. 😊 Should you need to do a deep clean, please refer to the unit's manual for model specific instructions. Hope this helps. ✌️

Hi, ilan voltage po ba yan? Ok lang ba gamitan ng AVR? Hindi daw kasi puwede gamitan ng extension cord?

Hi! It's strongly recommended to plug big appliance directly to a wall socket to avoid unfortunate issues. And yes, you may use an AVR to protect this ref or any other appliance from sudden surge or fluctuations. 😊

Hi! You may set the temperature according to the suggested setting in the manual. If you'll be maximizing the storage space of your unit, you may also try setting it close to Max to test out if that's enough. If it still needs better cooling, you may set it to Max already. 😁

Bakit sa mismong pinagtinginan ko for as low as 12 pesos per day daw. Tapos sa website Naman nailagay is 13. Tapos Dito 16. Ano ba talaga?

Hi! The rates are just estimates based on different testings. The P16.07/day is from Condura's initial test while the P12.92/day is based on calculation done using existing Meralco rates. Power consumption may also vary based on current electricity rates, room temperature, refrigerator load, and freezer capacity.
