The Cone Transport System is a complete automation line for the packing department in a spinning mill. Starting from picking of the finished packages from the auto winders to packing them in the required format (Bags, boxes, pallets).
Cone Transport System suitable for:
1. Ring Spinning - Autowinder
2. Airjet Spinning
3. Rotor Spinning
Process:
Cone/cheese picking from the autowinder/autoconer/linkconer or airjet or rotor machines.
Transportation of cones to the packing area in the spinning mill.
Camera vision based cone inspection for package defects and count-wise sorting.
Count wise palletisation of the cones or cheese.
Conditioning of the cones (Optional).
De-palletisation of cones into the Auto Cone Pack system (Automatic cone packing system).
Polythene wrapping.
Packing to the required formats: i. Box (Cartons) ii. Bag (Sacks) iii. Pallets
