Whats up RU-vid fam! So here we are a few days out from my next 30 day challenge and I am so ready for you guys to hit these workouts! Firstly guys, I want to apologize for the lack of videos. After the new year things got VERY busy. A few other personal things came up that I needed to tend to, plus I was away for a week so unfortunately getting around to shoot videos was a little tricky. However, Myself and Dan (The guy behind the camera lol) are back to shooting videos for you guys on the regular!
