Warning: This hypnosis uses many "negatives" in the post-hypnotic suggestions. For example, "It's not something that's difficult, it's not something that's stressful". Generally post-hypnotic suggestions should be written with positive language rather than using negatives, because the subconscious mind likes simple, positive instructions. It's the same theory of if you say "Don't think of a pink elephant", people upon hearing that will think of the pink elephant.

Excellent 👍👍👌👌What you said in the first 4:38 is absolutely right. I learnt the same thing when I thought or looked back at the things I said or wrote to someone before. From conversations I had with people, I realised later that I said a lot of things, different things just from one conversation with someone. The same goes with letter or written/text message A great book to read is "hypnotic writing" by Joe Vitale when it comes to text/written messages.

As someone who has struggled with self-esteem issues about approaching women for years, I DESPERATELY wanted this hypnosis video to work, but despite my sincere efforts to go with the flow, I feel no different at the conclusion of the video clip, in that the notion of approaching a seriously hot woman and striking up conversation STILL fills me with apprehension and fear of rejection.

Hypnosis takes a lot of practice. Look into what makes it work better. Took me a long time but the pay off is worth more than money, I promise 🎉

I love the ideas in your videos, and have been trying to be able to go into trance, but Its been taking a while with the induction videos. I am also doing subliminals, but that might be interfering with the hypnosis process. Also, mind doing a anthro dragon queen transformation?
