NLHero trust me she’s fully trained. The concept is she’s just practicing. You can’t know those moves and hit it at the right time without being trained

Nah she's definitely trained. Her musicality is on point, but it's not just that, her lines, the cleanliness of her movement, posture etc etc etc. Is she a pro-trained tour/video dancer of this style? Maybe not, but she's definitely had at least a fair to good amount of training.

Also it sounds like she's saying "Usually it's cold INNAH England" not "in the England". Song has a bit of a Carribbean vibe to it so "inna" or "innah" def sounds more accurate.
