Just give the awards different names! Something simple like “Best QB, Best RB, Best WR.., etc..” Doesn’t need to be complicated. New game! New Direction!

Yes, all the major awards players win that are under the NCFAA, wont be in the game. The Heisman trophy however, will be.

It would do a lot to help people learn the names of all the awards and stuff like that and help them get excited for the awards in real life. Ive been a CFB fan for over 20 years and still dont know every single position groups award by heart. Personally i just think this is the NCAA yet again making the wrong decision, shooting themselves in the foot and killing their brand more. All they have to do is make an effort to give people what they want and somehow they always choose the wrong option.

@2:40 - If anything, there will be a disconnect with the [overall] authenticity to IRL of the college football experience. On the other hand, as you mentioned, it allows EA Sports to [continue to] be creative...especially if an agreement cannot be reached with the NCFAA, in-time of EA Sports College Football 25's release.

They should name them something that we can relate to like the Deion Sanders award or the Ray Lewis award name of the latest NFL legends like the biletnikoff award can be the Randy Moss award or the Jerry Rice award

Ncfaa doesn’t realize how done this is in their part. The only really I currently know what some of these awards are for is because of the ncaa games. They are now gonna gave a problem with the younger generation not knowing what these awards are associated with in real life. I couldn’t care less if my corner wins the Jim Thorpe award. Give me the “Tim Smitty” best DB award and I’m going about my days.

The new names the awards get will be more legitimate than the real names in about 5 years when they realize people spend more time on CFB 25 more than watching a award then they will understand how dumb of a decision this will be we can careless about a real trophy name in a video game…

Call it the Dan Marino award the Marvin Harrison award the Sean Taylor award be creative the game will be legendary it’s history I started plying console football it was call Bill Walsh college football I’m 49 in years a era when you had to record your own stats on notebook paper wasn’t a dynasty mode

Ncaa14 wasn't even the best NCAA, just the last. Trust me it's going to be a Madden reskin with all of Maddens bugs and glitches.

Stopped being simulation football longer than that. That is my proof, those are facts and the basis for my comparison. You've got hope and cope, I've got the past 10 years of EA being total garbage... But you're likely an ultimate team player, so your opinion truly means NOTHING.
