CONFIRMED WORST SKATEPARK EVER! 

Y’all spoiled out in California hah. That park looks sick. Every “worst skatepark” video is better than what we’ve got here in most of the Carolinas. I’d skate this place every day.

It’s really fun to see all your perspectives on this park. My friends and I all used to skate this park 20 plus years ago when it opened. It was by far our favorite park and we used to shred it. All of us in our mid 40s now have since retired from skateboarding.

On today's episode of "Spoiled brats need a reality check". That is literally one of the coolest parks I've ever seen when you're someone like me who grew up with the only skate park in a 100 miles radius that had one ledge, a flat bar and a quarter.

Sadly that’s how it almost always is, the town puts way more money into everything but the skatepark. It’ll be night time and there’s not a single person at any of the tennis or basketball courts yet the lights are on and then the skatepark is completely dark with people still trying to skate it. Super lame honestly

This skatepark actually looks pretty cool and it has some unusual transitions. It's better than having all skateparks look and feel the same way.

I’ve actually seen much much worse. There was a skatepark in denver I found that was hiding in some tree coverage. The park wasn’t big so the whole place would be covered in leaves at times.

That’s so weird I went to that park like 15 years ago and it had a fence around it and no graffiti anywhere.

Defo not the worst skate park by far. I don't even think ours is the worst, but you can try the Radcliff City Park.

Back when this park first opened I went there with Eric J and a couple of his friends, Eric killed it and we had a blast, sometimes the best times are at the worst parks.

Bro JD is so blessed to have these guys in his life. after seeing this video its like he has a ton of older brothers or uncles you know? you guys are such an inspiration

@Braille Skateboarding I live in Syracuse, NY and there is no skateboard park for locals. They do have skate parks in the suberbs around Syracuse but not in the city. We skaters would get kicked out of downtown, shools, and other spots. The skaters around the city came together and built there own skatepark in a unused tennis court. The city parks even approved of it. Its eithe4r the best homemade skatepark or the worst city approved skatepark. Ormand Spenser Park is where this skate park was built.

I would have given anything to have a park like that around me growing up lol. Our nearest "skate park" was 3 hours away and this park is incredible by comparison.

My tiny town in Southeast Michigan has two small "skateparks" which are about a 4th this size. They each have like two ramps and a rail, and maybe a stair. I haven't been in them because I can't skate but I know just going past them all the time that they're literally the size of a Walmart bathroom. This park is amazing in comparison.

there is a skate park near my house so much worse than this, its got a hip in the middle left of the park, a small rail directly in the middle of the park sitting on top of some cinderblocks, and about three randomly placed drop ins. and one upward curved rail in the back corner.

I live in sonoma and we’ve been petitioning to repair it or build a whole new one for years now it sucks

The worst skatepark is in Lake City, CO and honestly I’m impressed they even have a skatepark.

It really doesn't look that bad... seems to roll fine, got a few nice jumps that you can transition to... My 3 closest park have pavement with 1/2 inch razor sharp stones in it, so if you fall, you really shred your skin... and you can barely roll!

last month i went to check out the skatepark in my old hometown (rural upper midwest) thinking it wasn't gonna be TOO bad just because the town HAD a skatepark...showed up to find a prefab park with massive cracks in the concrete that had grass growing out of them and chunks missing out of the ramps. i took one look at it and went "no thanks. i choose life." cause i knew the hospital was clear on the other end of town and my mom's house would be a grueling walk back if i crashed and burned. not sure that's the worst skatepark known to man, but i'm scared of what's worse than it.

Our park in apeldoorn the netherlands is terrible.. the railings are off from eachother the coping of ramps have bumps and dents and theres cracks everywhere😂

i think you should not call this the worst ever. do a Germany tour, and you will see how bad it can get in relation of spent money and a skatable spot. this spot seems to be planned by officials but improved by locals, which is quite awesome and how i think it kinda should be. JD will most likely not forget that spot ever and that curved rail is something i would love to have around

JD is the best, I'm so proud of him, I hope I'll be half the skater he is. I just bought the beginner package at 30 years old. I'm going to put all my energy into this I hope by the end of next summer I'll be able to do a kick flip. Goals. I love the Braille skateboard family.

Come to the north east coast of Massachusetts and see a real bad skate park, we’re riding on cheese grater ground that gets worse every winter

There’s a new skate park going to be built in Petaluma, which is like 15 minutes away from Sonoma so when it’s done you guys need to come on out

Bro this parks like the dc skat plaza compared to ours. Ours has literaly one knee high round rail, 4 benches, a pyramid with no run up to it and two like 13ft tall half pipes like back to back. Plus most times you have to deal with crack headache or homeless people.

Dude I'd give my left arm to have this park nearby. My local Skate park is like the sketchiest all metal death trap straight out of silent hill.

i may get some hate here but i grew up riding BMX and have always loved watching skateboarding. this park would be an absolute blast to pump around on a bmx or dirtjumper

I’ll never forget the feeling of trying a trick over and over one you know you can do but for some reason it’s just not happening and feeling all that frustration and anger then finally getting it. But you’re to tired to skate anything else after cause you forced so much energy into it.

I feel like this park was built with predominantly BMX in mind the rails all seem to have plenty of clearance for peg grinds and the center kicker box with the little euro/roller piece is fairly common in bike parks.
