CONFLEX by SKAKO CONCRETE is a fully automated, flexible concrete bucket transportation and delivery system.
CONFLEX is available in three sizes each of them with rotating or bottom discharge -both suitable for SCC concrete. The system can be designed with a double-compartment hopper to separate two types of concrete.
The entire rail system layout is uploaded to the SKAKOMAT control software. The exact position of the bucket is continuously monitored by the SKAKOMAT control system via wireless communication. This makes it possible to adapt the speed and even approach movable stations correctly.
CONFLEX is 100% controlled by the SKAKOMAT software. Optional wireless touch panels can be located in the production area. Mix design and quantity of concrete can be controlled from the touch panel rather than from a central point. This makes the CONFLEX extremely flexible.
The complex rail systems can incline up to 12° and the bucket can move at high speeds up to 4.5 m/sec. enabling low noise concrete transportation over long distances without compromising safety or working environment.
The CONFLEX can be supplied with a manual discharge handle, allowing discharge of concrete even in case of longer power failures.
A single rail system can accommodate more CONFLEX buckets at the same time, allowing coverage of a large production area. The rail system can be divided into zones which enables service on one CONFLEX while another keeps production running.
The rail system can be equipped with various features such as CONFLEX service station, automatic slide doors, switch tracks, and dump station
The CONFLEX can also be equipped with an automatic high-pressure washing system suspended in the travel rails. The rotating washing head operates at 170 bar resulting in a close to 100% clean inside of the bucket in only a few minutes.
