ok so a couple things if you remember determined, i basically revamped him first you ned to know that phoenix is a fire elemental, not a phoenix second, he is shit at controlling his powers, like he sucks at magic however, when he is being possessed by this new version of determined, labeled ember cowl, he is fully able to control his powers, but only because cowl is possessing him. cowl is also a mass murderer, and is responsible for several war crimes
