Sir I have a doubt Increase concentration of sodium inside the cell - is leading to no efflux of calcium out of cell And also Exchange of calcium inside the sell Is it so?? Are they both happening? Plz clearly say

sir the contaction of the heart muscles occurs when positive charge inside the cell transform it to depolarised state -> then why na+ concentration doesnt not increase the contraction and why we need ca 2+ in more concentration for contraction
