Congo tetras spawning in my 90 gallon. One of these days I'm going to have to raise some fry as I would have to say I've had more purchase offers on these fish then any others. Their caudal frills WERE really long, but one of the rainbows that I inherited from a friend made short work of that! These guys are beautiful on their own, they are no frills kinda fish any ways.

No problem, the Congo's give me pretty reliable material to film, lol. They are a stunning fish and definitely the stars of the fish room for now... the C. geryi are really giving them a run for their money. Big and beautiful really draws in fishkeepers and non-fish keepers alike, when they stop by. Can't help but see them. The little guys hit those who look closer, especially cpd, everybody just loves those guys.

Awesome video, I saw this sort of behavior in my Congos so I stumbled upon your video. Just wondering, what kind of plants you got in there? I see some Anubis and another’s, I would love to get some of these plants for my tank.

Looks like mostly java fern, cryptocoryne balansae, tiger lotus and water lettuce.
