Fact that this guy has done it at this level for this long at his size tells you how much of an absolute pit bull he is on the ice. Any fan that says that they wouldnt want him is kidding themselves. Absolutely love watching him play and is going to be a sad day when he has to hang it up.
As a Lightning fan I'd have to say that Marchand isn't my favorite player and his antics are a little irritating BUT I have heard that he is actually a pretty decent guy and a great teammate and that's more important. Congratulations to Marchand and Congrats on getting the C on your sweater. You've earned it.
I live in Vancouver and I have to tell you that I love Marchand and everything that he did to dash the dreams of all the Nuckleheads. Marchy ragdolling Sedin is my image of 50 years of living with the Canucks. Congrats.

Nobody in their right mind would say no to having Marchand on their team, as a fellow Vancouver native I prefer to remember him playing for Canada than that series against us but without him it's an entirely different series! I still think that if Sedin threw a few back at him it could have changed everything though..
