This is a terrible situation for the long term health of crypto, I own ETH, BTC and ADA, I have Vitalik making a common sense statement about pandering lip service politicians, and being blasted for that opinion, and on the other side I have Chales who I respect siding blindly with blatantly evil politicians because they claim to support the industry. My ETH could br attacked by a politician protecting his donations and my ADA could be destroyed by a ridiculous libertarian ideology.

Cryptocurrency has received bad press in the past, l but those fires have died down. Bonus points if you can convince me they support it because it will increase financial security of all classes, and that they don't just see it as a new stock class to get richer.
