Multi-Congress within Congress, this is the innate defect of Congress. It is impossible for a disorganized party to stand up against a disciplined party. Dissent is welcome in the party i.e. emphasis on democratic centralism at every level in the party's policy making, but following the accepted policy should be mandatory. Arbitrariness should not be tolerated. Otherwise, progress of Congress is impossible.

KATAKAT strategy doesn't work. Congress should go to Plan B which is quit politics. It not meant for Cons because people have called thei freebies bluff.
