Join me for a tour of Coniston village in the Cumbrian Lake District. We will look around the village, visit the Ruskin Museum, go down to the lake and see the Steam Yacht Gondola. We may even buy some Coniston Fudge!! A big thank you to the people at the Ruskin Museum for allowing me to film, please be sure to pay them a visit.

Coniston is, by far, our favourite village and lake. We always say a visit to the honesty shop there and have had some nice cakes and pies from it. You didn't visit it, maybe if you go again. It is worth a look.

@@ThatllDoVlog it is worth looking at. Just near the Ruskin museum. We are in Barrow in June taking the van up to hopefully get it fixed. Are you around anywhere near the area, would be grand to meet for a coffee?

Great video. Coniston is a lovely place to spend a day! When we moved to Cumbria, we soon noticed people saying "that'll do"!

Hi. We're soon setting off on a caravan tour which takes in stops at Ullswater. Rather than visit places in the Lakes we've been before, we searched for info on Coniston, and came across your excellent vlog. As very "newbie" caravanning RU-vidrs, we learned a lot from watching your approach. It was really informative, well balanced in terms of content and very enjoyable - a far better vlog than we see from many of the so-called "major caravanning vloggers" As we'll be in the Lakes twice this year, and also in most years on the way to and from a Scottish trip, we're now catching up on your vlogs, and enjoying them.
