A small insight to 'Connect'. With the intention on ‘connection’ - this event is an 8-hour intensive to connect you to yourself, your heart, your movement, your training and each other. A day that gives you an insight to the way we train in Company Jinks Training Programs. The space we create is safe and inclusive - allowing you to flow with whatever you need to at the time of the event, with no pressure or judgement. The day is lead by Ricky Jinks with one guest teacher sharing a class. Time to step out of the box you have given yourself in the industry and open the heart to new possibilities. There will be a warm up, mindfulness, improvisation, and at least 2 choreography classes. There will be elements of jazz, hip hop and contemporary. The level is aimed at intermediate/advanced dancers and you must be over 16 years old.
