@jeanfrancoisborget371 veuillez télécharger la dernière version de QGIS. je ne suis pas sûr de la cause de votre problème, mais l'installation de la dernière version de QGIS et la réinstallation de QField Cloud devraient résoudre le problème
Hi, I was just wondering, how do you save your 'pharmacy sites' layer? I tried doing this and wanted to sync my locally made layer to the cloud, but I kept getting this error 'Missing QGIS project file (.qgs/.qgz). Make sure a QGIS project file (.qgs/.qgz) is uploaded to QFieldCloud. Reupload the file if problem persists.' even though the .qgs file is there. Do you know the workaround to this problem? Cheers
It sounds like there’s a disconnect between the QGIS project on the phone and on the laptop. So sorry to hear that. While I am not sure how this occurred, I think you can deal with this by trying; 1. Restarting the QField app on your phone. If possible, logout and login just to be sure you are connected. If that doesn’t work, try; 2. re-uploading your project from laptop to cloud. To do this, go back to QGIs (laptop) and synchronize it by uploading all local files to cloud. Then on your phone, logout and login, then try to synchronize your phone by accepting the cloud data (this means you will lose all changes on your phone). Please try these two steps and let’s see.
@@ProGeomatics Thanks for the quick response, it actually worked when I uploaded the .qgs file from my local data? So basically I have 2 .qgs files now on the cloud. I'm a little confused, so are we supposed to upload all the files from both 'package from qfield' and the 'qfield 'cloud project overview' files for it to work? Also, do you happen to know why sometimes the layers are read-only even though other times it works normal and the settings are completely the same? Thank you in advance! Your video helped me a lot!
@phoebe1582 yes the .qgs file is the project file itself and without it, the layers in the project can’t be associated with any parent files. So it’s important to always upload it. Always ensure to upload all files with changes at the overview page. As to whether it’s read only or not I’m not entirely sure what you mean. But you need to be consistent with your workflow. Before you upload any layers, stop editing it, save it then upload. Feel free to reach out anytime
can you download the project in QField Cloud and work in the field offline?. And upload/synchronize your digitized work when you have internet access later?.
Yes please. QFIELD on your phone Wil store your edits on your phones local storage so you can sync it when you get to office. Just make sure you remember to sync your work when you get back from the field
Wow, then you will most likely have a blurry imagery. I've not had to deal with this kind of issue directly, but what I think you can do is to save the imagery or the part of it which you will be working on as a georeferenced image. It will not give you the best resolution, but will help you through. Another option is to use Qfield offline which I think is the best option in your case. I don't have a video on it, but you can check out this video I found ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5qE22Iz6ymA.html I think this Wil work for your situation
You need to make sure you have uploaded it from your PC to QField online then on your tablet, sync it. If it persists, it’s probably because we did not upload the project to qfield online properly
I am not sure what you’re trying to do, so I can’t assist you. I don’t know how you came in contact with a “delete feature” maybe it’s a new update, kindly refer to their website.
Hello, I am new Qfield experience. i had problem when i create new account. after i signed in, shown me Enter Credentials, Set NEW master authentication passwords. So Could you help pleas? Thanks advance.
QGIS is essentially asking you to put a password so that it can protect any other passwords you will use on QGIS in the future. This usually happens if you are using a password protected component for the first time. So what you do; input a password you are familiar with. Something you can remember, in fact it can be the same as your QField password. Just ensure that next time QGIS asks you for the master password, you will be able to remember it. This doesn’t usually happen, so it’s a one time thing
