This is the third video tutorial in the Simplifying the Callouts in Salesforce Tutorial Series. In this video I am going to tell you how you can connect two salesforce orgs. We'll create a connected app in one org from where we're going to fetch data and we'll have our httpcalloutframework installed along with named credentials and authentication provider setup in another org where we want to perform the callout.
We'll cover the concepts of perfoming callouts to dynamic API and also learn how we can use named credentials with our framework using this tutorial.

Great, very well explain. Want you tell you just one thing we can also creat connected app on same instance from you are calling apis, and while authenticating named credentials you can provide credentials to any org for which instance you have to call apis.

Hi Reshma, you shouldn't get it if you're using named credentials are you explicitly trying to add a session id ? Are you sure that your named credentials are authenticated and saved properly ?

I am getting this error "Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable" I followed the same steps... any help please?

Not sure about this, are you using your personal or corp device? Do you have any proxy server setup?

@@sfdcstop I donot have any proxy server setup.. i am using my personal device... i have created a connect app in target org and (named cred and auth provider) in source org. from source i am sending a normal callout "callout:yeshcvorgCreds/services/data/v50.0" method "get"... not sure how to solve this.

Can you try whitelisting your salesforce IP addresses in the target org?

@@sfdcstop i whitelisted all the address but was still getting the error... i whitelisted all the ips for the user from which i logged in to the target org... it worked

Hi Aamir, I guess the label is updated to something else now, if you can see (api) in any option, please select that.
