Question can the camera sync automatically without using the app once you have paired the first time? Or do you have to connect to the camera's wifi each time? Thank you
Great help, thank you. Always paranoid of the thought of loosing pictures, or how to secure them on a trip. I have a Motorola Z2 phone, the video option does not display at all, not even the icon. Is this because of the type of phone i am using?
Can I transfer from camera to pc without taking out the memory card? I was also told that the memory card is reformatted for the camera/phone connection and cannot then transfer to the pc without using the cable?
Hey im trying to upload videos from camera to my laptop wirelessly. I downloaded the canon software received a message that images are sending but nothing was actually sent over to my laptop.
I honestly don't remember but be certain that it's connected to your wifi and try re-insalling the app on your phone and computer. It takes awhile but I prefer uploading it to my phone app rather than using my computer. That has been helpful and quicker.
Hello, it depends on the phone as well. Did you make any firmware updates for the camera? Try to use the latest version of the „Canon Camera Connect“ app. Daniel

@@the_daniel_life I got the bluetooth remote controller to work if I turned off wi-fi on the camera, so one step forward. Still have a question: Should it be possible to use bluetooth for downloadning pictures from the cam to your phone?
I have done this and successfully have transferred photos to the Camera Connect app on my smartphone. However, I want them saved to my phone, and when I import them to my phone, and hit "open photo app" I get the message in my photo gallery app "unsupported file." Now what?
I am having this problem as well. The app is telling me that my 18 minute video cannot save because I have “insufficient storage” on my device but I cleared the storage on my device. Can you help me?
When in live mode if you tap the image on your cellphone what happens? Does it focus on that specific point, refocus generally, take a photo or does it do absolutely nothing?
