Huge props to you my man, could never have the balls of steel you have. Workin on my first job site and seeing part of the new building go up got me curious on how it's actually done, cool shit man!
I am absolutely terrified of heights. My father-in-law(Mohawk) was an Ironworker(361), his logic was... you walk around all day, you don't fall right? Same thing up there! That kind of logic doesn't process in my brain.
@@orifjonkhudoyberdiev5447 I'd go online. Probably have a better chance getting into the States right now, southern border is wide open, nobody gets sent home from the interior either.
I'm assuming you have a man in the middle of the joist connecting the x brace and cutting the rig loose. He deserves a little face time too on that camera of yours. R D local 25 Detroit ( retired )
Nope. Joists are bolted, so they don’t need to be braces right away. The bridging crew typically comes behind us. We had remote disconnect hooks on this job so our rigger on the ground cut the crane loose when we finished connecting a piece.
Remote disconnect hooks!!! W T F? Things sure have changed since I hung my belt in the garage. Work safe young man and help the young guys learn. 1060192 retired
