great work! But how you make that 'tests' file? I can't run my python file

In arduino ide it showing error that no such file like ros.h

When I run rosserial_python serial_node.py, an error appeared: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'rospkg'. can you give me some idea to fix this error. Many thanks.
