COPA is a great airline when it comes to the service but one thing they are lacking off is their prices. It’s much more expensive than other airlines. If they adjust their price, that would be number one company.
Panama is fantastic but the rent prices are moving sky high. A lot of rentals are vacant because the owners and their agencies want to keep prices way too high. That bubble is going to burst. I’ve seen this in many countries.
Like anywhere else in the world it’s supply and demand, we are the largest property management company in Panama and run at over 90% occupancy. With 15 years in the market our data shows otherwise.
I agree. Panama has quickly become a third world country with first world prices thanks to all the foreigners. Prices will drop, though, as we enter a worldwide recession. People are broke!
Hi Victor, A Spotlight to Panama is not only about Real Estate., this is a platform dedicated to celebrating all facets of this vibrant country. In this trailer we explained the concept: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7vcoZawA5VA.htmlsi=EfOc6cN7m7zvDrKS
@Puntapacificarealty My point is you're a real estate company, and buyers from other countries are your clients. With that in mind, it would be in your best interests and that of your clients to explain what they need to do if they do decide to move to Panama. For instance, once somebody arrives, what do they do first? Open a bank account? Apply for a visa? Buy a car? Also, what are the regulations with the condos regarding pets? Can I have a big dog like a Cane Corso (165 lbs), or are there certain limits or dog types that aren't even allowed in Panama (like an XL Bully/ Pit Bull) What about receiving mail? How does that work? What are the import taxes on shipping a car or possessions from another country? These are very real questions potential clients will want to know, and you need to keep that in mind. Btw, I'm a former Zonian, and I know Panama well, although it has changed quite dramatically since I lived there. I currently live in Los Angeles, but want to move back because the United States is circling the drain. I simply can't take any more of this craziness up here.☹️☹️
