Your video stops at 2:44 😭 i thought it was just my phone but i tried it on a different phone and it did the same thing. I definitely am interested in finishing this video! Maybe a reupload? Also do we have to do these outside or can we also do them in our homes?

Oh I will look into that - apologies - absolutely you can do these exercises at home! I love being outdoors when possible, and in UK one has to make the most of the weather when it's good!
