Schoolgirl singing star Connie Talbot enjoyed a down-to-earth birthday party with family and friends.
The Streetly youngster celebrated her seventh birthday with a fun session at The Snowdome in Tamworth last night.
The pint-sized singing sensation, who stole the hearts of the nation on Britain's Got Talent, was joined by friends for sledging followed by a meal.
Mother Sharon said today: "Connie had a wonderful time."

she's an angel! when i have had enough of the hum drum of life i listen to her music on my very own "over the rainbow" cd. her voice is so soothing and relaxing. i sure hope she makes more albums soon!

Connie will be 9 in November 2009. She has just completed what I think is her third international tour and has two albums with several gold and platinum awards. She has also just released a Wii singalong game. Her album of note is "Over the Rainbow". Here singing gets stronger all the time.

Pssht, what a small sledslope. When I was kid we had at least 600ft long slope to slide down and the hillside ended into woods. I can remember once being crashed against huge firtree in the end of the slide...eh :P
