You don't have any warm object? If you have a desktop pc you can lay the stick behind it, so it's in the airflow of the pc. It's not really the heat that cause the stick to dry anyway, it's the air that takes away the moisture. More airflow means faster drying. Warm objects just heat up the air, making it rise up, causing airflow. But if you have something like a fan you can archive the same effect by pointing the fan at the stick.

Like described in the annotations of this video: if you get a dialog that asks for a password, update your adobe reader. My documents are secured against content copying using a relatively new encryption methode which only works properly in Adobe reader X or newer. Outdated versions cannot handle this new encryption and think there is a password needed to watch content. To make a long story short: update your Adobe Reader to the latest version and you can open blueprints without any password.

when i realised you used mdf i was like wtf but it would be great for young kids or re-enactments.it also looks great.

This guy is awesome. I am trying and failing to make one of the hidden blades he made in a video. Maybe since this tomahawk doesn't have much metal work it will be easier to make. Oh and did I mention my parents get suspicious whenever I start trying to make this kind of stuff. Probably because I am only 13 but I don't care. Still a really awesome video.

I like the stop motion you got a sub

i made the axe head out of hot glue, i cut out some cardboard in the shape of the head but smaller and wrapped it in metal wire and then i just coated it in hot glue and sculpted it by warming a knife over a candle and cutting the glue. it took weeks but it looks awesome :D

Where'd you get your MDF? I'm having trouble finding it that thick. P.S. a pocketknife also works well for bark scraping, just be careful with it.

You were cutting this one a bit close Mueldex, you'll get finished with this project and by the time you do, you'll have to plan out the next one for Edwards costume.
