In todays vlog, we're with some of my stable mates, Craig Richards, John Ryder, Felix Cash, John Docherty, and Jimmy Sains. We're hitting the hill sprints, circuit and a bit of boxing training with Tony Sims.
Great to have a full gym with all the guys, starting to up the level in training as there could be a fight on the cards coming soon.

can you do a video on everything you to and take in order to recover (massage session, recovery shake, how you stretch for example) this was a good video to watch
