@@superfly19751 true but honestly I still dont understand what makes omalley a superstar. Yes he has an exciting fighting style, but many others have it too. IMO he lacks personality, not charismatic at all and a bad trashtalker. You could see him on one interview saying that he dominated petr yan, then a day later saying the fight was super close. Guy has no character
@@superfly19751Winning fights does not mean as much as ability to trashtalking, but most important is that UFC must get behind like for example they started to do with Khamzat Chimaev from the moment he entered. Look at Demetrius Johnson, Stipe Miocic, Jose Aldo or Alexander Volkanovski, they got no promotion from the UFC at all. UFC were extremely promoting Conor McGregor and Rhonda Rousey, which made them stars. You can see now they are also building heavily Paddy Pimblett and Dricus Du Plessis. UFC chooses themself who they want as superstars
@@George18798all the fighters that you mentioned as "not promoted" have literally no trash talking skills or fake personality. It's not necessary to be good at trash talking to be great , but financially yes. UFC chooses the fighters who they know can sell PPV's. Blame the mass public who are stupid and have likeness towards absurdity, violent characters and fake charisma. Sometimes you have to be lucky like Khabib who faced Conor. UFC never promoted Khabib but Conor made him famous.
Conor was bitchin just yesterday that “they” (USADA) won’t let him fight! Lol. He def thinks he’s above it all!! Dana giving Conor the Bones treatment. “UFC will live on without you”!
People are exaggerating over O’malley being international superstar, he is not and not even close to be as famous as Conor, Khabib, Justin, jon jones and a lot of other fighters.
