I truly think combinations are overrated in MMA. The way I see it , it only takes one quick, well placed punch to end the fight. Most of all the fighters Land half of the punches they throw, that is all wasted energy. Learn defense and evading and learn how to throw a correct punch and dont be afraid to get hit. lol
What the hell? Where did they record this interview? In a shopping mall? Why can you hear a crowd of people talking in the background throughout? Unbelievable. What sort of idiots find it impossible to find a SILENT place to interview people? Is it an MMA thing? Re all the videos of interviews with fighters conducted in a gym with noise in the background, etc.
