MLAs, CM must be Degree passed with minimum Qualification. Pls do not vote for 12th passed or below. 1) How wil they lead the people without Education. 2) More Knowlege More Power as a saying goes "Knowledge is Power". 3) as the lead they must be Degree passed(Minimum Qualification).
