@@kcirai Not sure about taxis, we had our own rental and valet parking worked like a charm. I am sure they can organize top notch transfer services for you. Food options are excellent, try the Japanese restaurant, it is worth it.
The drive way is connected to lead further down to the Hilton, so you will certainly be able to access the main entrance and I strongly assume you to be able to visit the restaurants if you have a reservation. Simply ask the front desk / concierge at the Hilton to set things up.
The seaweed is so sad because you really can’t enjoy the beach but from afar or if you take a private boat out a bit to sea. The workers at all the resorts try so hard to sweep it up but it’s nearly impossible.
