Everyone SHOULD do this, as a young girl this is something you should educate yourself about. The point is a lot of young people are taught how to protect themselves against rape and how it's their fault if it happens based on how they act/dress, instead of teaching people young to understand what consent means.

It probably does happen that a woman regrets sex the next day and calls it rape when it wasn't, but there will always be people who abuse the system no matter the situation and we can't base out reasoning on this. People and especially young people should know that being drunk is no excuse for forcing yourself onto another person (the same way it's no excuse for killing someone). They should also know that rape (or sexual assault, if you prefer) takes a variety of forms and as you said it's not always violent, it can take the form of blackmail or guilting someone into having sex with you. Yes, this does make defining what's rape and what isn't more difficult, but when you're in that situation you usually know for sure whether the person is really okay with it or not. I also understand how that can lead to men being scared to sleep with a woman because she might suddenly decide she was raped out of nowhere, and that sucks, but as I said there will always be people abusing the system. I think it's great that these kids are being taught to be careful with consent.
