I guess I'll put some thoughts of my own here, First I really think this has potential to be a fun and intresting series if given the change. 8/10 Second(sorry for babbling a little bit too much) I think this could open other possibilities like a harpy Luz, this should be well in her grasp with Eda there to help her and her more curious side should probably lead he to experimenting with confronting the curse like eda did in season 2 ep 8. I'm also pretty sure she could still do glyphs because the curse just blocks magic and I don't see why being in harpy mode would negate what Eda can do in her post-magiclessness state, but I don't believe we have seen harpy eda using a spell in any of the times she's present(could be remembering that wrong ). Third I think Belos would still send Lilith, but with a different pretense like minipulating her into thinking that Luz with her owl curse could endanger the plan of the day of unity(idk maybe curse+glyphs= mass amounts of wild magic💁) And must capture and cure Luz's curse or just kill her. This would obviously cause Eda to step in and I would imagine the fight would happen basically the same except eda diverts more of her magic to stopping Luz from getting taken/killed(probably taken because of the importance of Luz in his plans). If I had to assume Belos would take this opportunity to take Eda to purification and let's say Eda was able to get Luz away making what happened on the season finally still happen. Fourth I don't think Lilith would lose her magic because she wouldn't do that for luz(I don't think at least). We still need the Lulu and Hootsifer duo and cool aunt Lilith but idk how to include that without her being magicless like in canon. Fifth the time travel shinanigans that luz and lilith caused. Ig Belos could offer lilith the job and it would play out and I don't see why the personalities would change much so it would play out like canon because that really is the only way I could think of for Philip to be able to get to the collector. Sixth I believe Luz would be stronger(magic wise and maybe physically) and would be able to use more glyphs because since Eda and Luz would be more motivated to learn magic after the events of the pertrification ceremony. You could make her Eda level after a time skip and push back the day of unity like Belos said at the end of the video but you could also make it so she would just be able to make some more glyphs and make them faster as one of the things in the show is that isn't some destined witch whose all powerful just a normal human who has to try her hardest to keep and succeed those around her with out if the box methods(glyphs).
Eda has her powers so she would still be able to get money so luz would only meet hunter when he nabed the palismen, idk how Eda's requiem would work out, Lumity would work simular but ig they would be together more? or something, eclipse lake would happen the same, Luz's visit to the human realm is the same, the raid on the parade maybe the same hallow mind works the same, and the finally would be the same. Yes, since this is an AU it will obviously not follow the same idea as canon, but I have plans for a part 2 (it’s just difficult to make because some people have been spamming on unrelated posts and videos asking for it, which is just extremely unmotivating) Thank you for all this, it’s fun to see someone actually pay attention to the small details here! I like the theories too! Very nice :D
