Conservation around Fregate Island 

Since 2018, Blancpain and Fregate Island Private have joined forces to study, restore and preserve the marine environment around the island. Coralive.org and BlueNomads.org led the field projects with additional support from the Green Islands Foundation, and the Seychelles Conservation and Climate Adaptation Trust. A new short film illustrates these efforts.
Located in the sapphire seas of the Seychelles, Fregate Island Private is a conservation sanctuary dedicated to restoring and protecting the island’s land and marine environment and its species. Guests staying on Fregate Island Private are invited to participate in hands-on projects with the island’s conservation team, both on land and in sea.
