The Native American “horse “ pendant is not a horse at all; it’s a piece of free form turquoise and a bear claw or coyote tooth. like that one and the men’s large turquoise ring.

All these pieces are beautiful. I have three favourite pieces with the Native American jewellery - the two gorgeous necklace, and the beautiful cuff at the beginning of the video. Love the Native American jewelry!. The fun horse with stamp E Yazzie on back may be made by Elsie Yazzie from New Mexico. She sold the jewelry she made to support family. Nine her children learned her art from their mother and continue jewelry making.

Oh my goodness !! What an incredible haul ❤. I love the second turquoise necklace, not the moth - the other one but honestly I collect Native American jewelry ( both vintage and some contemporary) any of those pieces would be incredible to have🥰. From the second set, the cuff with the leather is so unique and interesting. I also really liked the other cuff with the hinge because of the coloring ! How do you part with such fascinating/!beautiful pieces? I don’t know if I could do it because I have no ZERO self control around vintage silver 😂

I had a ring when I was a young cub, just like the rings you said would make good wedding rings (I agree). My ring was purchased on a trip to Mexico with my parents in the early 80’s. You brought back ❦~Memories ~ of the way it was~❦ ♥️ℬ🐻

I can't pick a favorite either. These are spectacular pieces. I see how the wings make you think moth, but the antennae are butterfly antennae. As for the horse, I think it's either bear claw or eagle talon, both symbolically significant in Native American cultures. Also, if you look at the horses forelock, it is an eagle wing. This piece is full of symbolism. Great video! 💞

A really nice collection of silver jewelry. I particularly liked the large turquoise bracelet. The buckle is definitely sandcast. The horse piece might not be a horse, although it certainly does look like one! The horn piece is probably a bear claw. “E. Yazzie” could be Elsie Yazzie. I know that you mentioned the Taxco silversmiths to indicate that you knew something about Mexican silversmithing, but not Native American artists. Maybe a bit confusing to someone just learning about silver jewelry. Just a thought.

Hi Dawn! I purchased a bunch of beads at at an estate... There seems to be real turquoise... How do I make sure before I make jewelry with them, the Swarovski was easy as they still had bags, but much others didn't... I don't have a tester and have no jewelers I really can take anything to....
