What the fuck is this? Yes, hello. For various reasons, at the moment I cannot do symphonic black metal covers. So for now, I decided to try myself in the direction I wanted to do for a long time, to be absolutely precise, the music inspired by games such as Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines (Rik Schaffer), and Silent Hill (Akira Yamaoka), these are some of my favorite games with the best soundtrack, and we all need more music like that. This is a completely new genre for me, so any criticism is welcome. P.S. I hope with this soulless electronical music I did not offend the tender feelings of the black metalists who follow me :D
Thanks, but they already had Rik in the project and they (presumably) kicked him out. Bloodlines 2 is a dead project and the developers are clinical idiots.
this actually gives me way more silent hill feels than it does vtmb, but i sure as hell ain't complaining! they're both some of my favourites, so i'm always elated to discover more tunes that sound similar to either game.
Honestly like yourself this genre is really new to me but I absolute love what you did here. I’m working on a horror story and I honestly think this kind of music works perfect for the atmosphere I’m trying to create. Silent Hill and Twin Peaks were big inspirations for the concept. Keep up the great work.
This sounds sick. I've been listening to trip hop since I was a youngin but only in the last ten years or so, I've gotten into black metal. My favorite subgenre is blackgaze
Love this kind of music, makes me feel like a sexy vampire chilling in the back corner of a busy bar, staying on the down low, waiting for my next victim to come home with me.

Данный эксперимент на мой взгляд показывает что не стоит закатывать себя в конкретные рамки жанра. Возможно в чём-то таком раскроется ваш гений. Знаком с Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines и Silent Hill и с музыкой композиторов в том числе. Очень глубоко переживал именно музыкальную составляющую данных произведений, т.к. она самым мощным образом влияла на атмосферу и задавала соотвествующее настроение. У вас скажу я достойно удалось выполнить нечто в духе того что делал Rik Schaffer. Годный эмбиент, передающий ту самую атмосферу - мистику, жуть и грязь улиц теневого Лос-Анджелеса, изображенных в Вампирском маскараде. А если это ваш прямо таки первый эксперимент в этом направлении то вообще браво. Удручает только то что больше подобных работ у вас в группе найти не удалось, а хотелось бы в таком духе послушать ещё.
Благодарю за такой подробный комментарий, второй Маскарадный трек уже почти готов, надеюсь в ближайшее время уже наконец его закончить и сразу выложить, а когда наберётся материала на альбом смогу так же как и Рик Шаффер на протяжении 17 лет потихоньку сливать треки не вошедшие в сборку, потому что незаконченных демок уже набралось на отдельный альбом:)

Yep, for now I will make masquerade and silent hill-ish tracks, I think they sometimes have pretty similar sound. And I just feel soo happy that I nailed Bloodlines vibe.
I want more of this! :) Addig some vocals would be also cool, something like in Massive Attack - Butterfly Caught, with some weird reverb, delay, panning effect.

The entire Silent Boodlines playlist is awesome, I adore the songs you've made. ♥ I was wondering whether I could use the playlist as background music in a mostly reading stream, where I'm going to be playing Vampire the Masquerade: Night Road. Unfortunately, almost not, this is one of the reasons why I decided to choose this particular genre in order to restore humanity among kindreds:) However, of the most similar options, perhaps Akira Yamaoka with ost for the entire series of Silent Hill and Shadows of the Damned, ost to the film Fight Club written by the Dust Brothers, as an option for a lighter version and not so dark music-ost to the anime Death Note, and lastly one of my favorite composers Rob Dougan with the 2003 album - Furious Angels (if you like I recommend listening to his other albums as well) absolutely unique and extremely underestimated performer, not quite in style of VtMB, but very interesting trip-hop
@@Orsartag Thanks. Yes i'm familiar with Akira Yamaoka, for some reason it didn't came into my mind. It's a shame there aren't more artist in this genre, I want to make a playlist for nightwalks. I've cheked those lo fy downtempo trip hop compelations, and found a few that hit the spot, but Your work is just incredible! Btw. I can't wait for bloodlines 2, I hope it won't dissapoint. 😃
