30:00 I felt that so hardd omg . I've always been pretty left out of things when I was in school. The friend groups/group chats were the worst because I always ended up being ignored and not treated like I was just as important a friend as the others. I think one of the reasons I relate so much to u Shane is bc you kinda know how it feels, especially like the whole self-isolation and the spiraling thoughts of "Do they hate me? Did I say/do something wrong??". So I get what u said about wondering "Is this what a party looks like where everyone's having a good time and no one's left out". Watching u over the years in a way helped though

I just got home from school and I’m so excited to watch this!!! Also anyone else think Ryland is absolutely gorgeous and glowing recently? Like drop the routine!!
