So we are back and since we recently watched Justice League Dark with John Constantine, I thought it would be cool to check out the live action film from 2005! This is CONSTANTINE. As a suicide survivor, demon hunter John Constantine (Keanu Reeves) has literally been to hell and back -- and he knows that when he dies, he's got a one-way ticket to Satan's realm unless he can earn enough goodwill to climb God's stairway to heaven. While helping policewoman Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) investigate her identical twin's apparent suicide, Constantine becomes caught up in a supernatural plot involving both demonic and angelic forces. Based on the DC/Vertigo "Hellblazer" comics.

My oldest son was 15 when we first watched this movie. The depiction of Lucifer scared the crap out of him. When I talked to him and asked him why that version of Lucifer was so scary, considering some of what he’d watched with friends, his answer surprised me. He said it was scary because Lucifer just looked like someone’s grandpa instead of being demonic like usual.

You skipped an End of Credits scene.... Keanu has been interviewed saying This is the one role he would love to revisit that noone backs the idea. I would love a sequel

Here he played the "vilain" that scared John Constantine. In John Wick 2, it was reversed.

15:00 : The bar is for Half breed Angels and Demons and at 15:32, the guy is the actor (Djimon Hounsou) in Gardian of the Galaxie 1 who asked "Who are you" at Star lord in the beginning. 20:00 : Stay in front St Marie, he got help for burn these demon, good scene. 20:55 : For some people, Cats are the Guardians of the Underworld. So he used one for go to hell. 24:00 : Baltazar (Half breed Demon) trick the Medium thinking the liquid didn't fall in his mouth (in fact it was) so he drown in alcohol. And the Half Breed Angel take care of him or his soul. 25:42 : In plus, Gabriel (The lady in red-hair) is an Archangel, a grade above simple Angels. 43:20 : Lucifer is in white because he was an archangel before get down to Hell by God. But his feet show how dark/Dirt he became. And the "Need a Vacation" is a ref to a DC Comic book called "Lucifer" where he decided to leave his thrown for go to Los Angeles" , a tv serie was out with 6 seasons , really good.

Another reason for the black dripping feet was that a really old name for the Devil is Old Tar, hence the feet.

5:35 In those other movies defense there was just a foot soldier in this girl. Usually in those exorcist movies, it's a high level demon like Lucifer or one of them so those aren't exactly easy to get rid of

Balthezar essentially did his job as a whisperer. He put the idea in Hennesy's mind of "Why won't the alcohol flow?" Also, I hope y'all saw the stinger at the end. Keanu has said he'd love to do another Constantine movie.
