This happens to my son a lot, he's 4 1/2. It didn't start until about a year and a half ago. I do remember him being constipated a few times when he was a year old, but nothing compared to now. I feel so bad for him when he tells me he can't go 😢😢. When he does go, he feels so much better and it's like a weight has been lifted off his little shoulders.

When my daughter was 6 months old she had a bowel movement that was a large a mine. This tells me that constipation isn't always caused by "holding it in." A baby won't do that. She is now almost 30 and still has issues. Unfortunately I believe she was born with the issue.

Now I realize I was going into a loop this actually helped a lot❤️

What if the child is not potty trained and still in diapers/Pull-Ups? Would prune baby food or suppositories work?

My lil brother doesn't even poop for 4 to 6 days , right now he is crying because his stomach is paining

India oh! My aunt scold her son when he poop at night because in india their guardian have to clean theirs butts with their bare hands after poop, so he holds it as long as he can. So the poor child won't get scold.

It hurts because when you give your child the medication and say him too poop but you should also fill a bottle with a hot water and then heat his/her hips then see the result thanks me later

Just drink a lot of warm water and in about 20 seconds it will be much easier.

Why would a medical channel call feces poo..? I get not saying use the word shit or phrases dropping a deuce, dropping kids off at the pool, sending a fax etc.. poop sounds better than poo..
