I hope i'm average because people in my country are usually taller but i don't really participate in the same lifestyle of my breed. because when i grew up with internet i got hooked on the western culture. Usually in my country they stay in their culture even with internet they have their own music, youtubers, singers, food etc.

Yea but even ppl who start puberty on average there bone age might not be the same there chronological age. I think the ones that start very early there bone age might be higher and they might stop growing in height too soon. A guy at age 28 his bones have not fused I dont think he had no disorders and his bones were probably delayed.

Well people in my grandmother's family are already very tall throughout their entire childhood but they hit puberty very late so they end up being nearly 7'0" in their bare feet since they are already very tall for their age and the fact that they hit puberty very late. People who hit puberty very late were usually short or average height for their age when they were young children.

It is likely that this is your permanent height as based on experience, most boys in my school finish growing at 16.5 years. However, it is still possible that you might cram in a few centimetres, at most I think 5cm.
Lol same but i start having 1 pubic hair when i was 13 I'm 14.8 years old and 4,10⅖. I stop growing when i hit 10 cause that's why it's delay i only grow like 1 cm in a year but when i was a kid i grow normal. At 13 to 14 i think i start puberty
I’m 22 and I’m 4’11 I don’t think I’m going to be the same height as majority of people but if you don’t get taller this is a saying that makes me laugh and try not focus on it in a negative way , I think of the saying the bigger they are the harder they fall and visualise me getting pushed down and just jumping back up super fast like a bobble head and it makes me laugh and realise it’s better then being taller you have more of a chance to hurt yourself when you fall rather then getting up fast i visualise them as a sloth getting up and then when I visualise the first one it makes me focus less on the things that I don’t like as to focus on something that is silly to be honest but it makes me laugh , I know how it feels to be shorter then most people, but I know I am healthy as far as I know and to be honest I’m so lucky that i don’t have something that is potentially fatal and when I think of how lucky I am to be born healthy and just alittle short , it makes me so grateful to be healthy and happy rather then worrying about what people see It makes me focus on gratitude and she you can feel gratitude it always towers over any fear I’ve had so far and if it’s not gratitude it’s the sense of an obligation I suppose
there's a page that tells u ur adult height, when I was 13 I was about 5'4 and it said my adult height was going to be 5'11, I'm 16 and I'm 5'7. I really do hope I grow, I'm tired of being the shortest
I'm shorter than you I'm 15 today and 4,11 to be honest I'm actually a late growth spurt just like my mother, I'm on a healthy lifestyle today i eat healthy like 1 egg a day or 2 bananas a day I'm on a balance diet and don't eat sugary food.

ZaySells no worries. just get as much sleep as possible. Eat as much as possible. And start lifting weights, it releases growth hormone and doesn’t stunt growth. Play basketball or volleyball, they actually help you grow
In 8th grade I was 4'9, now I'm a sophmore and 5'3 plus voice is deeper don't lose hope yall Edit December 2020: Now a junior 5’5 Edit November 2022: Now a college freshman 5’6 I think I’m done growing lol

I'd say the change first started when I hit freshman year last year as I turned 4'11 and my voice deepened a little. This past summer was when i reached 5'3, my voice deepened even more, and my face had matured. This meant I had to start changing the look or else Id look like a manchild so I switched my hair from combing it to side to combing it straight down after a shower to give it a curly effect. But yeah everyone grows at different times. I'm middle school there were 3 short kids including me and we were all about 4'9. Freshman year I grew to 4'11 while they stayed at 4'9 so I was like haha fu you guys are still short but now they're how tall I was last year so they're catching up. I also lacked self esteem and am even now still anxietic but I'm for sure improving on myself drastically. Definitely try practicing talking to girls even if they don't work out (I got rejected a couple times) so that when you do start to change you will be way more confident. If I hadn't done this I probably wouldnt even be able to talk to my crush right now who now sits next to me in lunch everyday and FaceTimes me almost everynight. Definitely update me when it happens I love helping my fellow short people ☺

I made some calculations and if everything goes alright you should grow. Your average height is 5'9. You can be either 4 inches shorter or 4 inches above your average height. So between 5'5 to 6'1.

Yup a guy at age 28 still had open growth plates some guys are still in puberty and they continue changes late in life. Not all cases at this age or older are disorders theres outliers some just have a young bone age at a late age.

You can’t compare your height to other people because everyone’s genetics and growth rates vary. I suggest going to an endocrinologist and have your growth hormones checked out since you mentioned that you haven’t grown at all in a year.

I don't know if my answer is what you are looking for, but I can tell you that my son's bone age is delayed and we know this since he was almost 4 years. He is 6 now and his bone age is 4. He is short compared to his peers, but he's growing at a normal rate now, and we hope he'll catch up later in life.

If you grew 3 - 4 inches in a year, yes you already had your growth spurt. Your parents are really short but you have surpassed the odds. Since youre still young I'd say youd reach 5'7 if youre lucky, 5'8 if youre extremely lucky... I dont think youd reach 5'10 or 6 feet unless you had someone on your family that came close to that height.

Girls usually stop growing at around 14-15, but if you’re saying you haven’t developed any of the signs of puberty yet, you could still grow about 3-4 inches.

@_ LeavemeVlone what you mean I only got 4 inches left. Assuming I will continue to grow until I’m 18 or 20? I thought growth was minimal during those times. I grew less than an inch in the last two years when it should’ve still been in the peak of my puberty. I think I am screwed now I am turning 17 in a couple days. I never got a growth spurt. I definitely missed the best times to grow sleeping late and not exercising. I don’t know if it’s too late to give it a try or not and start changing my life style. But I got my bone age checked by x ray scan that my doctor scheduled for me. I thought he would tell me if my bone plates closed or not but the reports didn’t say. It only said my bone age. I will go ask him next time.

Jonathan No one knows how tall you will be by October. The pace that you’re growing is different from everyone else. My son is 16 and is only about 5’ 3” now because he started puberty late. He grew about 3” in the past year. For you I think you started puberty late so you will continue to grow much longer than kids who started puberty early so your final height will be much taller than 5’ 3” unless you have really short parents.
