Yes bro..you are right.. maine ground flour 1270 square feet + 1st flour 1000 sqare feet banya.. isi month complete hua.. mujhe 1350 rs square feet pada..fully furnished ..with A one bricks, Acc cement, with plinth beams and kamdhenu tmt, supreme cpvc pipes, 2 lacs on two kitchen for cup boards, asian Plastic paint and outside exterior best quality paint, havels wire, very haevy elevation with tiles, 100 rs per square feet marble used for about 2000 square feet, , 50000 gate, 130 rs per square feet granite used about 300 sqfeet.. 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, Sagwan wood and labour 180 rs per square feet for contractor.. I myself made this . It costs me about 1350 rs per square feet total ground and 1st flour

Very much appreciated your efforts... But sir in mumbai and other metro cities labour cost plays much vital role and burn the pokets with high cost charge by contractor.. For eg we roughly pay Rs 40/- per sqft for paint (interior) So, in such scenario...it may cost Rs 3500/- plus per sqft or much more

It depends on various other factors like size of column, Depth of foundation, Type of false ceiling, Electrical and sanitary brands etc. But yes you can smartly manage these expenses from 1400-1450 per sqft in mumbai

In that page and audio i mentioned 2.5 *1000 but i forgot to mention that a single brick size lot is of 10,000. Therefore 2.5 lots into square feet has to be done. So i mentioned it later. But yes thanks for your feedback, i will try to improvise these mistakes later.

Depends on which type of wall you are going to construct : rcc wall or double brick wall or stone wall and depth of basement plays a major role too

Only structure without all additional services 7,50,000-8,00,000 roughly It depends on you still what quality of material you use

For bricks you used 2.5 x 1000 which is 2500 why u say 25000? Is there any error in this?
