Amazing video, thank you very much. I have a short question: Why is the HIV derived transgene vector a DNA strand, and not an RNA strand, like the normal virus? Is the transgene and the further enzymes derived from the HIV virus that are added to the vector, added to a new, seperate DNA strand?
