Must be pretty damn nice to live in USA where there is better climate to work in a construction site (Like Cali, Florida, Texas etc). I live in Sweden and 5-6 months a year it fucking sucks because its so cold on the construction sites all the damn time..

You're just over viewing the blueprints right now you know how to read blueprints don't you okay so what we're looking at here is a timeline okay we have to be through the foundation phase by next month you know that and cuz we have to be ready for the framing and then as soon as we get the framers we're going to have to start the trusses and working on the roof and then going up to finish that off real quick we are in a hurry and we have to erect something story students building for the University across the street so we're just going to have to fly really fast through this we're going to have these little tiny studio apartments at $3,000 a piece we've got about 50 of them we're just going to throw them together like a honeycomb so I just click me on I know you know insulation electrical wiring plumbing I'm just going to go over some of the plants here electrical engineering we're going to go through a course the framing aspects of course it's 16 inches off center we know that you can frame in the door window like I know you got that and then we going we finished foundation putting anchor bolts and all that stuff cup concrete I'm going to put the wire mesh we're going to do all that on center drop that framing right down there on that foundation with a frame up about 17 stories knocking about 50 apartment buildings throw up the trusses frame up the roof throw down your checkerboard put on the tile roof and we'll just call it a day and I'll get my 2.5 million and you'll get your $50,000 and will be on our way
Can I missed your call Douglas ahead of instructional engineering on this project and where did you get your construction license sir you are off center that stud is about a quarter inch off center I could just do that by I and you might just put a float on that because you know what that is definitely not balanced I'm a tennis player and I can tell that from a mile away
