Actually I’m in the group of industry hire and currently work as a senior associate in a big4 firm, but I plan to quit the firm this year for a management consulting job. Though your sharing is quite clear, would you mind advising me which level is fit with my current background?(graduated in a non-targeted university, 3 years of auditing in big4). Much appreciate your valuable sharing!

Given the current economy, you may be leveled in the entry-level role that recent undergrad graduates are placed in. To be placed in the post-MBA role, you typically would need at least 4-5 years of work experience.
