Sir ek baat puchni thi, ki mere area mai ek shop hai jo har half litre milk ke packet per 1rs on each packet extra charge karte hai on the MRP and mene pucha kyu, toh bole ki hum isko refrigerate karte hai islye uska 1rs charge but I think it's not fair!! So, what about your thoughts on it sir..?

You can complain if they are charging more than MRP. But tbh if you see it's just 1 rupee, it may not create a big difference for you to spend an extra rupee on someone who is fighting for his livelihood(not all).
