@@M0x7E8B Hey Michael, thanks for replying, it's really cool to hear your thoughts on this. I'll check out this Jason Reza Jorjani. I also think about the "many planes of existence" in Buddhism when I hear about ufology, as well as the often detailed descriptions of which beings inhabit those planes and their characteristics (often referred to as devas). In the suttas you often hear of the Buddha and certain monks/nuns having interactions with these beings. Which reminds me, there was a popular interview recently with a scientist called Gary Nolan, who said something like "when you change what your idea of reality is, you see different entities", (although I'm definitely not quoting accurately!). Perhaps these monastics, with their deep insights in to emptiness and altered states of mind, were interacting with who we would now call "aliens". As for Lue Elizondo, I agree to not expect any spiritual answers, it's just that in the past he has mentioned, for example, the history and lore of the Lakota People, and I'm surprised there's been no mention of Buddhist cosmology. In my opinion, balancing chakras is something you should do anyway. But not just by someone balancing them for you. You want to truly feel each chakra. Feel the different parts of your body. This is just one reason in understanding why sound is so important. As you play different tones or frequencies, take note as to where in the body you feel it. As you begin to learn and understand the subtle feelings, tinkles, pulses throughout the body you are increasing your awarness of who you are and your place in the cosmos. This in turn will raise your frequency and make it easier to pick up on the subtle communications or frequencies that come with contact.

The idea of balancing the chakras, if that is the framework you are using, can be helpful. It will not be a deciding factor in contact though. But may help you stay grounded.

Guess what - the beings themselves communicate there is a connection. Those who've had direct contact with those beings often go down these paths. There is a connection This comment you left is a year old. I wonder if you've seen this since you left this comment? Consciousness is key to this anyway and there is a very very VERY good reason many people who have actual contact with the beings on those craft understand this.

@@oakdraiocht8779 This is the first I've seen your reply. Prove to me what you've said (any part of it) is true. In the year since my post my opinion hasn't changed. I don't understand the effort to change the UFO/Alien narrative to consciousness, meditation, UAPs, or anything else. As for how Aliens might communicate, there's no way you could know that.

This has been the narrative since people started relaying the information these beings communicate to people. Researchers just flat out refuse to listen to what actual people in contact are saying. They will only focus on the craft. Not the beings. Big mistake. There is a way I would know how "Aliens" communicate and that's by having communications with them. Which I have had. Though the topic of conversation was not this. But consistent messages sent to experiencers are one of "practice meditation". "We are all one". "Consciousness is fundamental." Engaging in CE5/HICE like practices itself illustrates how consciousness is a massive part of this. In my opinion its one of the reasons they respond to people initiating contact in this way. To prove a valuable lesson about how reality works. I can't prove this to you - you need to speak to contactees and read material from people who've had contact. Or maybe you could try some real research and attempt CE5/HICE practices yourself.

@@FLOTILLA4852 I've had a life-long interest all things you could classify as paranormal. Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, past life regression... you name it. But, the topic of UFOs/Aliens has been the most prominent among them and the main focus of my interest for over 50 years. I confess that I have a bias regarding all of the stories involving "orbs". I'm aware that it's not a new phenomenon, but the heavy effort to link orbs to UFOs seems to me as mixing apples and oranges. I'm a nuts and bolts kinda guy, and the current move to change UFOs to UAPs, and to include all sorts of events, sightings, and experiences under the same umbrella strikes me as a mistake -- and possibly a deliberate distraction. It's hard enough solving one issue, but when you combine that one with dozens of others, including consciousness, it becomes an insurmountable quest for the truth. I don't want to be involved in a never ending treasure hunt, I want answers, proof, and finality. Pinpoints of light in the distance, an indistinguishable object performing oddly in the sky, or losing my car keys and finding them in the refrigerator don't do it in my world. However, a landing of a strange craft at a public place on live TV with the world watching, and a being stepping out waving a friendly greeting would be a life-changing event for _ME._

@@DavidSmith-qo1se Well. The Massive ball of Light seemed to be a powered up craft. I had my college GF there with me. She saw alot of what I saw. It was more personal of an experience. So for me the interest (Obsession) with UFOs has been 20 years. Have you ever seen anything impossible in the sky?

@@FLOTILLA4852 No, not once have I ever seen anything, and I've been looking for one. I read and listen to others tell their stories, and I've even chatted with some like yourself who claimed to have seen things. It's sort of disappointing, really. I think the most believable accounts come from military people, first responders like cops and firemen, and professional pilots who are in the air a lot. One complaint I have is with so much faking and photoshopped material. I once talked with a guy who was an engineer on cargo ships at sea. I asked him the same question and he said he'd once seen a ship way off in the distance that seemed to be upside down, but there have been lots of reports similar to that linked to some sort of mirage like experience -- floating cities and the like. It's called " Fata Morgana." He also said that lights in the water were a common thing. I don't disbelieve these people, I just reject the idea that it's all UFO connected due to our shared consciousness. If they don't care about being seen, why don't they just land?
