Here are a few more of my favorite contact juggling isolations. They are all instantly pretty rewarding I hope you enjoy them! The music was kindly used with permission from Deathboy whom you can listen to more of here

your tutorial are so clear and detailed, makes the tricks look much more attainable than others... think i might try more isolation for now since i seem to be having issues with the butterfly

Im so happy you have found this useful, I love teaching circus and it would be great to hear how you progressed in three years! Also butterfly is tricky, have a look at my basic contact video for some tips.

Wow I do not check my comments enough sorry guys! I'm using a 100mm acrylic, you can easily source them from Ebay, you'll want to pay around £50/60 for a ball. The cheaper ones of the same size aren't as clear and break very easily!

Your isolations are BY FAR the most convincing I've seen on RU-vid! (and there's plenty of competition) and you do a lot of different variations of moves that I haven't seen before. Very good tutorials thanks!!!

Is there a particular size ball that’s best to learn with? Or does it depend on the size of your hands?

Hi Duke, I use a 100mm acrylic for performance and a range of 70mm to 100mm for workshops. If you can get to handle equipment before you buy its always useful.
