Absolutely. Captivating. I felt like I was meditating while watching that performance.. so beautiful.. this is why I staff spin. It just brings you and everyone around you to another place for a little while and the world and all its drama is forgotten. Keep on with it man, you're amazing!
This video made me want to be a fire spinner, and here I am 8 months later spinning all the things, and finally starting SoSC. Thank you Brett, for inspiring me so much, my life is so much better for it. I hope I get to see you perform in person someday.
This video is the reason I started spinning 4 years ago. Today I started contact for the first time, and I have never had more appreciation for how incredibly difficult this must be. Huge respect, huge thanks
I would love to see you perform, you don't have any videos on your channel? Have you also tried putting yourself, like your skin, on fire? really takes it to another level (using the gel of couse so you don’t get burn) It gives the people the wow effect and it’s a good element of surprise. Have seen it and it is aweesome
Totally fantastic!!!! Have seen many fire performances but this is something you cant take your eyes of!! Love that its so calm and slow, that makes the staff to looks floating instead of hard. And your moves that follow soooo good... . If you ever in sweden, please contact me for showbookings and lessons

I love how everyone is watching this because of how awesome it is, and I'm standing outside with a training staff trying to learn because I learn things like this by watching lol. Stunning performance! I've probably watched this a thousand times now. The flow is smooth even with the occasional mistake it's still awesome and just shows that just because it's not a perfect performance doesn't mean it's bad. No one's perfect, and this is amazing!!!

1. Fire retardant fabric that takes long exposure to ignite 2. Fuel that doesn’t burn very hot in the standards of the heat of fire. 3. He probably sprayed himself down with a little bit of water.
You are incredible!! It’s perfectly timed with the music and, as others have said, you make it look so easy! (I know it’s not) and by doing it slower, it takes more control to still achieve that fluidity that you keep throughout! Where is this?

At first I thought this was all fake and everyone was being fooled. But, then I thought about it. What he is wearing, which looks like cloth, cannot stick to what ever is on the stick (I forget the name). It's definitely real and amazing!

I have a bunch of 14 year olds with some staff performance experience, who'd like to have a go at some of the slow moves you do. Can you tell us which ones are the easiest to learn? Some of them can use 2 staff, but only for crossovers at speed! :)
dude you make it look so easy, and it isnt, at all, that was an awesome performance, to my favorite list right now, there is just one advice i would like to give you, that is a nice beard, you should cover it with something if you want to keep it, talking by self experience, sorry for bad english
How do you call the move that he does at 1:22? Can anybody tell me? I just orderd a practise contact and a fire contact after I saw this video for a 100 times. I fell in love with this right away.
