I was playing this on my phone. I made a container out of heat conductor, with 4 sections of tungsten N S E W and filled it with Nobel. Set it off with a spark and the tungsten keeps it running indefinitely. Left it running and the heat conductor got to around 2000 degrees and then off to the side of it I was playing with a Tesla coil. It arced out to the heat conductor and all the conductor exploded. How to contain a Black Hole: Just use another black hole and put a wormhole between the two black holes to make sure they don’t consume each other.

make a ring of gravity wells and put the singularity in the center. The ring will pull it in all directions effectively stopping its movement. Thats what i would do anyway.
