I just checked the FDA website and they have cleared this ultrasound to be used in here. Personally, it can view all anatomic structures like any other potable US I have encountered.
You're right - however, the approval letter clearly states that they have not inspected the device and approval is based on the assumption of adherence to various standards of good practice. I would argue that listing features that don't actually work is not particularly good practice, and I'm always wary of machines that don't display any evidence of calculating MI or TI. This is not unique to this particular model. It's endemic.
Can you use a foot pedal to freeze the image. So you can use both hands on the animal? I’ve got a foot pedal but it’s only changing the icon next to the freeze icon I assume it’s changing the wave length
J'ai acheté cette machine et je sollicite deux choses: 1, acheter "linear probe " pour compléter mes sondes 2, le manuel d'utilisation version française. Car avec la version anglaise je n'arrive pas à bien utiliser
The company makes small and ingenious devices that are limited by atrocious manuals, poor support, and baffling interfaces. Shame really. Some are even 'cleared' in the US.
True! They prevent local companies from investing in rewriting the manuals and offering good support by the fact that they compete and undercut their own distributors with their army of semi-independent China-based sellers.

thanks so much for the video! sorry to add onto this with another question but just to clarify.. is that because it’s terrible for IV access or that there is a similar ultrasound for the same price point? because the price is right, and i’m not going to be using it for a TTE etc. thanks so much in advance for clarifying!
